Brilliant family opticians & who are very accommodating.
The front line staff are very good at making adjustments to your glasses as you wait.
Also the prices are reasonable & they don't add extras like some other so called opticians are, who run it to molk as much out of you as possible.
They also have a 2nd location in Burnside that you can use too, handy when you can't find a suitable appointment, they can book you there & vice versa.
💯 recommend them, me & my family all use them now.

I've been using this optician for a few years after having a nightmare with Vision Express who kept getting my prescription wrong several times. Pinder Eyecare got it bang on the first attempt and have always provided excellent and friendly service every time I visit. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new optician.

I’ve been coming to this opticians for years and I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The ladies who work here are always so friendly and welcoming. I have anxiety and they always make me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I walk in, which makes such a difference when appointments can feel a bit overwhelming. I’m really grateful for the kindness and professionalism the staff show and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an opticians where you’ll feel well looked after.

Absolutely amazing service from optometrist Jennifer . very professional informative and friendly and explained clearly what the issues were with my eyes .
I got a lovely warm friendly welcome from the reception staff . exceptional customer service and care.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Pinder, first class extensive eye test with state of the art equipment. Optician was thorough and explained everything that she was doing throughout the eye test. Girls in the opticians are extremely helpful and nothing is too much bother for them. Extremely knowledgeable about each and every frame they have. They're more than happy to let you try on as many frames as you want to! Can't fault anything at all with Pinder, five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐all day long 👍

Pinders Opticians is where I have my eyes tested every year. Vary the Ophthalmologist was very patient & informative with any questions I had. Also very thorough when examining my eyes. I have full confidence in Vary & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting an eye examination.

​Following a negative experience with a different high street optician, I visited Pinders and was immediately put at ease by Jennifer. She conducted all necessary examinations and evaluations with thoroughness and asked all appropriate, pertinent questions. At the conclusion of the consultation, Jennifer provided a clear and detailed explanation of my eyesight condition and the results of the retinal scans.
​The service continued to be exemplary at the dispensary. A helpful staff member (whose name I regrettably did not catch) provided excellent assistance in selecting frames, offering knowledgeable advice on lens coatings and polarisation options.
​The entire experience was seamless and highly professional. The service I received was truly outstanding and could not be faulted.

Pinder is local for me and I'd heard folks talking about the service and the fantastic selection of glasses and sun glasses at good prices . I was due a wee eye test and I really wanted good sunglasses and I was not disappointed from going in store to book an appointment I was warmly welcomed.I had a very thorough eye examination, the behind eye photo was taken Note at no extra charge ! I had 1st class assistance and advice choosing the glasses, I chose polarised with a lens and I could not be happier 😁.thank you Denise and all the team at Pinder Burnside, I'm absolutely delighted
